GreenGeeks recently removed July 27, 2023 some older server hostnames (chir101.websitehostserver.net) that no longer exist.

If you were on one of these servers and did not update your email client after the migration, this could result in your email client trying to access an old hostname that no longer exists.

To ensure that the email account is configured correctly, double-check your email settings in the email client to match the settings you specified (mail.yourdomain.com).
